FAQs

Nope! All eaters are welcome in this course. This course focuses on intuitive eating for plant-based eaters, but the principles are applicable to all eaters! If you've dipped your toe in the plant-based world, then you're no stranger to the diet mentality that exists. This course shows you how to divert that.

what if i have a health condition or i'm pregnant/breastfeeding?

The approach I lay out in this course can be applied in any phase or stage of life. Although it is full of useful information for almost any woman, you should always consult your health care provider before making any changes - especially if you have unique needs.

how long do i have access to the course?

The course is 6 weeks long, but you have access for 6 months so you can go at your own pace and return to lessons as needed.
