Chocolate-covered Cherry Smoothie Recipe

Enjoy the delicious combination of rich chocolate and sweet cherries. This yummy smoothie is naturally sweetened with fruit and dates. For a nutrient boost, it also includes a handful of iron-rich spinach.

Chocolate-covered Cherry Smoothie

A smoothie so yummy, it can pass as dessert!
Prep time: 5 MinTotal time: 5 Min

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen sweet cherries
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter butter
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 2 Medjool dates (pits removed)
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup soy milk (or other plant-based milk)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust liquid for desired consistency.
