Homemade Fruit Sorbet

Fresh and delicious, this easy homemade sorbet is a refreshing summer treat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups slightly thawed frozen fruit (I like a combo of berries, pineapple, and mango)
  • 1-2 tsp. of maple syrup
  • Squeeze of 1/2 lemon or 1/2 lime

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Eat immediately or freeze for later.
