Peanut Butter & Jelly Protein Smoothie

This Peanut Butter & Jelly Protein Smoothie is packed with vegan protein and delicious flavor. Enjoy as a meal or after a workout.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 package of silken tofu (about 8 oz.)
  • 1 cup soy milk (or other plant-based milk)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust liquid for desired consistency.
