This creamy, savory, cheesy sauce is perfect for dipping, drizzling, and smothering. If you love creamy queso or ballpark nacho cheese, then you will love this Vegan Cheesy Sauce.
Ingredients
1 cup cashews, soaked
⅓ cup nutritional yeast
½ cup water
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp salsa
⅛ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Soak cashews in a bowl of water in the refrigerator overnight. When ready to use, drain and rinse.
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until completely smooth and creamy. Slowly add more water as needed to reach the desired consistency.
