Cooling Hibiscus Sun Tea

Ingredients
- ½ cup dried hibiscus flower
- 2 tbsp dried peppermint
- ¼ cup dried nettle leaf (optional)
- 8 cups water
- Sweetener (optional, see notes)
- Citrus slices (optional)
Instructions
- Crush herbs in hand or mortar and pestle
- Add herbs and water to a clean jar with a lid
- Place in sun for 1-8 hours
- Strain into a clean container
- Add sweetener and citrus slices, if desired
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator, and enjoy within a few days

Sweetener Ideas: stevia leaf, honey, agave, maple syrup, fresh fruit juice
